Refund Policy
At Auxilium Curations, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we offer a simple return process. Please review our return policy below:

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 7 days of the original purchase date.

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, free from any stickers/price tags, writings of any kind.

2. How to Return an Item

Step 1: Contact our customer service team at info@auxiliumcurations.com to initiate a return request. Be sure to include your order number and the reason for the return.

Step 2: You will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number along with return instructions. Please note that returns without an RA number may not be processed.

Step 3: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging and include the invoice that came with your order.

Step 4: Ship the item back to us using a traceable shipping method. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

3. Refunds and Exchanges

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please note, it may take 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.

If you prefer an exchange, we will send the replacement item(s) once the return has been processed. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Please note that the original shipping cost is non-refundable.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at info@auxiliumcurations.com within 7 days of receiving your order with pictures of the damaged or incorrect items. We will provide a prepaid return label and process your exchange or full refund at no extra cost to you. When losses involve damaged or missing cartons, please contact the delivery carrier (UPS or USPS) for instructions on filing a claim first!

5. Sale and Discounted Items

Items purchased with a discount or during a sale are eligible for return under the same terms as regular-priced items. However, any items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
