What is your return policy?
You may return or exchange an item within 7 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR PACKAGE with an opening video/picture of the item (if damaged during shipping) to qualify for an exchange or a return. Please note that we DO NOT reimburse for return shipping. Please read our Disclaimers & Warnings section for beauty and body products before requesting for refunds. Puro Beauty Products and Agarbatti Sabki do not qualify for returns due to the nature of the products and hygienic reasons. Please note ALL CLEARANCE SALES ARE FINAL! Thank you for your cooperation!

How long does it take to receive my item once I place an order?
We ship from Southern California and ship via USPS. Through Standard shipping it takes 2-6 business days during non-holiday calendar months to receive your package after it is shipped depending on your location within USA. Please allow 1-2 business days to prepare and dispatch your order.
Do you offer expedited shipping services?
Yes. You can choose Priority Shipping at checkout for expedited shipping at an extra cost. It takes 1-3 business days to receive your package once it is dispatched through Priority Mail.
